Soriano, who commented on the events in the video, highlighted that indeed, "we should all report these situations." "This is an abuse," he said. "Since when are there induction hours? Every day they invent something different to save money," he concluded.

The video generated multiple reactions among Internet users, supporting the person who reported the facts and attacking the advertiser. "Induction time?
