Cats are highly intelligent animals. They are able to collect information that interests them, assimilate it and learn how to function in certain situations. As animals, one of their main obsessions is food and how to get it, quite a challenge for stray cats.
The story changes if we talk about domestic felines, cared for at all times by their owners. Every day they receive their food ration, in the form of feed or canned pâté.
Some owners opt for the classic bowls, although this requires being at home at the time. However, many have to resort to electric feeders, which they can program at an exact time to dispense their assigned food.
The problem is when the cat discovers how to activate the automatic feeder so that it provides all the feed that he wants and when he prefers it. Before the disbelief of the owner, the feline has discovered what is the trick with which he can do and undo as he pleases.
Every time it wants to eat, the animal goes to the plug and pulls it down a little, so that it makes contact and restarts the machine, which automatically dispenses a handful of food.
Users are not surprised by the cat's intelligence. "Mine learned to open the bathroom door," explains one. Others, directly, have already found a nice nickname for him: the hacker cat.
