''They have given me a very old man'': total disappointment of a single woman from 'First Dates' when she meets her date

The most popular dating show on television aired a new installment on Tuesday night full of unique and unparalleled moments. On this occasion, Carlos Sobera and Laura Boado welcomed a new batch of diners, who decided to attend First Dates in the hope of living an unforgettable experience and, in the process, trying to find their soul mate.

One of the dates of the night was the one starring Mari Carmen and Josep. The 61-year-old Catalan single woman arrived at the restaurant confessing to being a great fan of tarot. ''I have been writing cards since I was little and I have always liked everything that has to do with esotericism,'' she revealed. In her love life, the single woman had not had much luck because her three ex-partners had been unfaithful to her. ''When I'm in love I idealize the other person, but I've already learned my lesson,'' she said.

Her date was going to be Josep, a 68-year-old Catalan, who considered himself an affectionate and unromantic person. ''I don't have that romantic education,'' he declared. But even though they both entered the program with great enthusiasm, the singles ended up being very disappointed when they met. ''They have given me a very old man. "He seems average to me like me," she said. ''The face...didn't surprise me,'' he commented.

After exchanging their first words, Carlos Sobera accompanied the couple to their table, where they began the evening talking about their previous relationships. Josep said that all of his couples had failed "due to lack of communication." ''Women fall in love with me, I'm not bluffing, and then they are always thinking about my flaws,'' he confessed.

Moments later, the singles agreed on their passion for traveling. A topic that the bachelor did not hesitate to show off in front of his date. ''I've been practically almost everywhere in the world,'' he said. ''I'm envious that I'm dying,'' she confessed. However, the topic caused a great clash among singles. And Josep did not beat around the bush and proposed to Mari Carmen to take a trip to Tenerife soon. ''I appreciate the invitation, but a person you just met...wait a bit,'' she asserted.

At one point during the dinner, the singles talked about their sexual tastes. Mari Carmen confessed that what turned her on the most was "the sexy clothes." ''We agree, me too,'' he responded. Shortly after, the restaurant became a dance floor, where singles demonstrated their best dance moves. ''I like that she has a young spirit,'' the single woman emphasized. ''She is a very fun and open woman,'' he confessed.

In the final stretch of the evening, the singles moved to the program's booth, where they demonstrated that first impressions were not always everything on a date. And the couple went from having no chemistry to exuding complicity in an exponential way during the final minutes of dinner. Therefore, in the final decision, both said they would leave the program hand in hand.
