They are the "culprits" of the phenomenon Daisy Jones

Four women are "to blame" for the series Everybody Loves Daisy Jones has become a bombshell. Beyond a well written story based on the turbulent relationship of some of the members of the real Fleetwood Mac gang, what shines above all is the performance of its four actresses.

The protagonist, the singer Daisy Jones, is Riley Keough, better known for being the granddaughter of Elvis Presley and daughter of the late Lisa Marie Presley. At 33 years old, she has dedicated herself body and soul to acting. Her talent has led her to create an independent film production company.

She has been married since 2015 to fellow actor Ben Smith-Petersen, whom she met in 2012 while filming Mad Max: Fury Road. Together they have a daughter. Her performance in the series, in which she is the one who sings, has left in the background the disagreements that she has with her grandmother, Priscilla Presley, due to the inheritance of her mother, who died on January 12 .

Next to her, another diamond in the rough: Camila Morrone, the actress who gives life to the wife of the co-star, Sam Cafflin, the tormented singer Billy Dunne. She is 25 years old and until recently she was known for her love life, as she was Leonardo Di Caprio's girlfriend for five years. Camila was born in Los Angeles to Argentine parents and has grown up with her mother, Lucila Polak, and her partner of eight years, Al Pacino, whom she refers to as her stepfather.

She is close to another actress in the series, Suki Waterhouse, also known for her private life, since she has been the girlfriend of actor Robert Pattinson for five years. The three of them are so close that Camila was staying at the couple's London home during the soccer world cup final in which Argentina was playing. According to Morrone, she planned to go to an Argentine bar to watch the game while Suki and Robert were at a Christmas gathering in the field with their families.

“I got stuck in the guest room because the door handle broke. I only had the iPhone so I asked Suki and Rob to come rescue me and they did. But when they arrived, Rob closed the door by mistake and the three of us ended up stuck watching the final on my mobile, ”she explained amusingly during an interview with Jimmy Kimmel.

Suki Waterhouse, a 31-year-old British model and singer, gives life to Karen Sirko, the band's keyboardist, in the series. Her father is a renowned plastic surgeon and she began her career as a model at the age of 16. But it is in music where she is standing out as one of the most promising artists on the indie scene.

Also noteworthy is the work of Nabiyah Be, the 30-year-old Brazilian actress known for her role as the villain Tilda Johnson in the Marvel film Black Panther. In the series she becomes the singer Simone Jackson, inspired by the great Donna Summer. Nabiyah, who is the daughter of Jamaican reggae musician Jimmy Cliff, has spoken about how being a lesbian in real life helped her understand and interpret what it would have been like to be one in the 1970s, the time of the series.

The four actresses are the architects of the success of this Amazon Prime fiction with permission, of course, from another brilliant woman, the actress Reese Wihterspoon, who in her facet as a producer has once again found the goose that laid the golden eggs, as he already did with Big Little Lies and The Morning Show.
