A new queen has been crowned in the world of beauty: Krystyna Pyszková, representative of the Czech Republic, has been proclaimed Miss World 2024. In the contest, held in western India, Pyszková has beaten the Lebanese Yasmina Zaytoun , who came in second place, followed by Lesego Chombo, from Botswana, and Aché Abrahams, from Trinidad and Tobago. These finalists have completed the honor roll of the 71st edition of Miss World.
Unfortunately for Spain, Paula Pérez has not been able to be in the highest positions. Despite this, the 27-year-old Valencian doctor has played a great role in the contest: she has been among the three best at the European level, only surpassed by the winner and the representative of England. Furthermore, at a global level, she has been among the twelve most beautiful in the world.
Compared to previous participations, Paula Pérez's position is in line with the high level of performance that Spain has maintained in Miss World, although without reaching the highest award achieved by Mireia Lalaguna in the 2015 edition.
