Vladimir Solovyov is one of the most famous faces on Russian television. He is also known for making controversial statements related to our country. A few months ago the Russian presenter, better known as 'The Voice of Putin', lashed out at Madrid and other European capitals for considering them ''Nazi'' due to his decision to send tanks to Ukraine.
'The voice of Putin' incited the public in its space in the Russian public entity (VGTRK) to ''burn Berlin, Paris, Madrid, London and Washington.'' ''We must burn Berlin, Paris, Madrid, London, Washington. capitals of those Nazi countries that have decided to go to war with Russia. Do you have any doubt that this is a war against Russia?'' he declared, further warning that ''World War III was already underway.''
Now, several months later, he has once again attacked Spain and Josep Borrell, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs. He did it on his nightly program in which he usually defends the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Besides, he also attacks anyone who messes with the Kremlin. This time his new target has been Josep Borrell, whom he considers ''the enemy of the Russian people''.
And it is that the Russian presenter went much further assuring that Borrell's tomb should be written "here rests the enemy of the Russian people and of humanity, the spawn of satan." He even goes so far as to accuse him of acting like ''a minister of war''. ''He is personally guilty of the death of hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians because crazy people like him did everything possible so that no agreement was reached in Istanbul,'' he declared.
After these words, the presenter wanted to expand his accusations to all of Spain. ''Borrell, who supports the destruction of Orthodox culture in Ukraine, is a representative of a colonizing country. Guilty as much as Spain, which is the world's evil, which for centuries bore the crown of the world's evil,'' he assured.
