The reason why Pilar Rubio went to the set of 'El Desafío' with her arm in a sling

The new edition of The challenge is causing a lot of talk. While Antena 3 continues to broadcast every Friday the new season of the space of extreme challenges, presented by Roberto Leal, and where famous faces such as Chenoa, Mónica Cruz, Adrián Lastra, Mar Flores or Mario Vaquerizo participate, the recordings of a future new season are in progress.

And although there is a whole year left for the audiovisual group to release these new installments, the casting for the next season is generating a lot of stir in the social chronicle of our country. And the 7yaction program will feature two of the most sought-after celebrities of the moment, Victoria Federica de Marichalar and Genoveva Casanova, who has been away from the media spotlight since the controversial images with Federico from Denmark were made public.

After the biggest secret of the program came to light, the audiovisual group confirmed the rest of the contestants: Feliciano López, Lola Lolita, Roberto Brasero, Susi Caramelo, Gotzon Mantuliz and Manuel Díaz 'El Cordobés'.

The recordings of the program began days ago, but this Friday, March 1, the arrival of the contestants and the jury to the filming set has given a lot to talk about. The expectation for this season is maximum and that is why numerous media outlets came to the Atresmedia studios with the aim of capturing the first image of the daughter of Infanta Elena or the ex-wife of Cayetano Martínez de Irujo.

However, it was Pilar Rubio who captured all the attention of the media present there. The presenter, who is part of the program's jury, was surprised when she arrived on the set of El Desafío with her arm in a sling. Everyone present was wondering why Sergio Ramos's wife had shown up at the Atresmedia studios with a sling that immobilized her left arm.

Given the tremendous surprise caused by her ''injured'' image, the presenter approached the graphic professionals who were at the scene to explain that it was not a serious injury. ''I had a small accident, but I'm fine, thank you very much,'' declared the woman from Madrid without giving many more details about her health setback.
