And although not everyone manages to go out in the company of a special person, Cuatro's dating-show can boast of having an impeccable track record on television, to the point of having been on the air for eight years. A success that they wanted to celebrate in style on Monday night.
Two of the great stars of the night were Vanesa and Sergio. The 34-year-old single woman from Alicante arrived at the restaurant claiming that she "intimidated the guys." She defined herself as a very passionate woman, which is why she had always been in relationships. ''I am very loving, passionate, of the old type,'' she declared. She wanted to find a ''real man'', with spark and fun.
His date was Sergio, a 42-year-old from Madrid who said as soon as he arrived that he was Nick Carter's double, a member of the Backstreet Boys, at the group's official tribute in Spain. ''There is only one in the world, in Chile, and with us there are two,'' he explained. The first impression among the singles was very mixed. While Sergio was delighted with her date, Vanesa was greatly disappointed. ''When I saw her in that red dress, that neckline, those noses... she was like wow,'' he stressed.
''Is this what I have asked for? I was expecting someone 1.90 m tall, big, tattooed, 'hot'... The physique is the least important thing, but he has to catch your attention,' she said.
