The pending matter between Gerard Piqué and Shakira to end their separation is worth 15 million euros

On December 1, Shakira and Gerard Piqué sealed their separation agreement and agreement on the custody of their children in the First Instance and Family Court number 18 of Barcelona. An agreement that can already be seen how it has gone in the last nine months, with conflicts from both sides; but that also did not end their separation.

The former couple still has some options left to be able to separate themselves from each other once and for all. The most important, perhaps more so now that Shakira has been accused again by the Economic Crimes Prosecutor's Office for allegedly evading 6.6 million euros; It is the sale of her properties, which are in a company in the name of Joan Piqué, father of the former soccer player.

Shakira is getting closer to facing the Tax Agency for two crimes: the first, for an alleged crime of fraud against the Treasury of 14.5 million euros between 2012 and 2014; and the second, for another possible fraud of almost 6.7 million euros in the 2018 Income and Wealth Tax declaration.

In addition to the trials, the Colombian continues to be linked to Barcelona thanks to this company in the name of her former father-in-law, which could be the solution to her problems. A company that has three properties in its name. The first and second are the two mansions in which the couple has lived, known to the public. The third, however, would be a hitherto unknown property.

As reported by ABC, it is a property in Esplugues de Llobregat, an urban project that the former couple never carried out, as their relationship was disrupted before they had the opportunity to do so. That land was intended to be an extension of the main mansion, her family home, an impressive mansion with five floors - three plus two underground - distributed in no less than 3,800 square meters.

The three properties would be sold as a lot, for a value of 15 million euros - or 11.9 million, if only the two main ones are acquired. According to the aforementioned newspaper, the price will depend on the buyer. Now, the lot is not advertised in real estate agencies given the type of clients who access this type of purchase and sale.
