It has been 56 days since the disappearance of Lorena de Rafael Cintas, the young woman from Arévalo (Ávila) who escaped from a psychiatric center and did not return. Almost two months in which there is still no clue about her whereabouts, so Inés Cintas, the woman's mother, raises her voice again to try to locate her as soon as possible.
It was last October 26 when we lost track of him. Her disappearance is especially dangerous, since the woman suffers from the so-called Munchausen syndrome, which has led her to invent illnesses for doctors and to report up to 50 different men for alleged gender violence.
TardeAR initially covered her case, and now, Inés has returned to the set of the Telecinco program to report the latest news in the search for her daughter. "I don't have any information, zero. Furthermore, if I try to ask or obtain information, I find refusals everywhere, that they don't want to give it to me," she told Ana Rosa Quintana.
Lorena's mother fears that false documentation could have been made to try to leave Spain. "I think the worst, but not out of desperation, but because I know her very well and I know the danger she is in. Honestly, I even imagine her dead, and maybe that is a bad scenario, but I do imagine her pregnant too. It's bad," he said.
Inés has insisted on knowing details about the investigation that is being carried out to locate Lorena de Rafael. "The Police don't tell me absolutely anything. I sometimes call to ask, at least, and I find out that they don't know this, they haven't been able to get anything from the tablet when he organized his escape with it... Maybe I start looking for her and I find her before the Police and the Civil Guard," he dared to assure.
"It seems that the earth has swallowed him," added Ana Rosa, who also does not understand that "at no time has he contacted anyone" that they know. "She is incapacitated and with the maximum incapacitation that she grants herself now," recalled Lorena's mother, who claims to feel "helpless" for still not knowing anything about her whereabouts.
