The hardest moments of Carolina Molas, mother of Íñigo Onieva: she lost a 7-year-old son and suffered threats from ETA

Tamara Falcó and Íñigo Onieva have undoubtedly been two of the great protagonists of the year, due to their spectacular wedding, which took place on July 8 at the El Rincón palace in Madrid. A massive event attended by more than 300 guests and which captured the attention of a large part of the population, who did not want to miss any details of the event of the year.

After the dream weekend that the couple lived surrounded by all their family and their closest friends, they both headed for their long-awaited honeymoon, where they enjoyed great adventures and visited many corners of the world. Now, both the Marchioness of Griñón and the businessman have returned to their daily lives, but with the difference that they are now husband and wife.

During the entire process leading up to the wedding, where the couple had to face a multitude of setbacks, Íñigo Onieva's parents remained on the sidelines and away from the media spotlight. But now, almost three months after the wedding, Tamara Falcó's husband's mother, Carolina Molas, has broken her silence and opened up about some of the hardest moments in her life.

The Antena 3 program Y Ahora Sonsoles  was responsible for broadcasting the first interview that Íñigo Onieva's mother gave exclusively to Forbes Women magazine. ''We are exiles from ETA. In 83 we had to come to Madrid. My father had been threatened for many years and they were on the verge of attacking him many times,' she declared. ''We fled at dawn without taking our things and we were never able to return home,'' Molas assured journalist Vera Bercovitz.

Carolina Molas also wanted to open up about one of her most complicated moments in her first years as a mother. ''I was a very young mother and she put me to work with my father. I started raising a family when I was 20 and by the time I was 25 I had four children. One of them died of meningitis at the age of 7. We have accepted it, although it was difficult,' she confessed.

Regarding her relationship with her children, Tamara Falcó's mother-in-law assured that "in her house everyone collaborates." ''So do the boys. I don't know if I'll have anything to do with it. I have been a very close mother, I have been with my children for very few years,' she asserted.
