'Survivors 2024' opens the repechage: Laura Matamoros, Lorena Morlote, Kike Calleja and Rocío Madrid can compete again

Survivors 2024 has not stopped incorporating new dynamics since its premiere with the promise of keeping the audience hooked. Among the most talked about developments has been the decision to keep Kiko Jiménez and Laura Matamoros separated in Playa Limbo, where the contestants who have had the least impact on the audience have ended up.

After the expulsion of Laura Matamoros, who did not have the opportunity to join other contestants, the organization has decided to give her another chance, replacing Carmen Borrego, who left the program unexpectedly. Therefore, the content creator remains a full contestant.

After several days in which this possibility had been speculated, it was Carlos Sobera who was in charge of laying the groundwork to communicate this decision: "You are going to continue waiting in Honduras and very soon you will discover the reason. Don't worry."

After a long wait, the presenter wanted to inform him of the determination that had been reached. "How long," complained Matamoros, who claimed that she was very nervous due to the circumstances in which she had been for hours.

Finally, Sobera has requested the presence of Rocío Madrid, Lorena Morlote and Kike Calleja. "One of the four will have the possibility of being a contestant on Survivors 2024 again. Logically, you will have to confirm that you are willing to return," she said.

Matamoros said that he did want to participate again: "I have to continue enjoying this island." Calleja also guaranteed that he wanted to return to Honduras, something Morlote also did. For her part, Rocío Madrid accepted the invitation to the contest to "fix situations that have been confusing."

The final decision will be made at next Thursday's gala just after one of the nominated contestants is expelled: Claudia, Mario or Javier Ungría. After knowing the name, a small express vote will be opened, in which the clear favorite is Laura Matamoros.
