Sofia Cristo is going through a very hard stage in her life. The music producer and television collaborator has moved to her social networks to send a strong message against drugs after losing a loved one.
"He was an acquaintance of mine from many years ago, he has relapsed due to drugs, he has died, he was more or less my age, around 40 years old." He begins by revealing the daughter of Bárbara Rey in a statement that has moved her followers.
In addition to facing the death of an acquaintance, Cristo reveals that he has lost another victim this week at the hands of drugs: "They asked me for information to enter a center, what happens is that the boy was missing and the boy has been found and he's dead," he says.
Ángel Cristo's daughter has shown her rejection of drugs on numerous occasions. In this last statement she affirms: "When I tell you the truth that drugs only have one way, well... I would say three: jail, psychiatric or death. There is no other way."
Likewise, she ends her speech by stating: "Don't take it as a joke, drugs are fucking shit, they kill people, they kill families and if you have to ask for help I am willing to give you information."
This year, Sofía Cristo celebrated her "rebirth" after turning ten years away from the addictions that marked her past: "Today I am 10 years clean from drugs and alcohol! I celebrated it with some of the people I love, admire and respect. My family and friends, you give me love, trust and peace. Thank you. Mom you are my hero, thank you for teaching me so much and so beautiful. I love you very much. Life in these 10 years has shown me that you always have to keep working on yourself and that it is constant learning and personal growth" he stated on his Instagram profile.
