Judge Santiago Pedraz and legal advisor Elena Hormigos are about to become parents of their first child together. A love story that few were betting on, given the media breakup between the judge of the National Court and Ester Doña, widow of Carlos Falcó, just a few months before and with whom he had even become engaged to marry.
However, Judge Pedraz has not only regained the illusion of love with the lawyer, but he has also achieved what he longed for: discretion and the end of media harassment. The lawyer is eight months pregnant and, about to become a mother for the first time with the magistrate, she reappeared again at an event, showing off her maternity curves.
The couple is ecstatic, counting the days left to see the face of their first child together, a boy whom they have already confirmed to those around them that they will call Jacobo. Always in a discreet background, the judge and his partner reappeared at the Fearless magazine party in Madrid, where they could be seen very happy and complicit.
According to witnesses, the magistrate was very attentive to his partner, with whom he will become a father for the fourth time.
The judge has three children from previous relationships -Santiago Jr., Alejandro, who were born from his marriage to Marisa Martín; and Nicolás (9), the result of his relationship of more than two decades with the journalist Paula Arenas-; while this will be the first child for Elena Hormigos, who at 37 years old left no children from her first marriage.
The couple met last December after being introduced by a mutual friend. Just a few months before, Santiago Pedraz broke up his relationship with Ester Doña, a breakup that became known after the former Marchioness of Griñón announced with great fanfare in the magazine ¡Hola! that she was engaged to the magistrate and they were going to get married.
After only four months of dating, it was learned that Pedraz and Hormigos were expecting their first child together, with the legal advisor two months pregnant. For Ester Doña, this was completely "irresponsible."
"I'm shocked. I'm surprised by the speed. They've been in a relationship for four months and she's pregnant with two," commented the socialite in the program she collaborates with, And Now, Sonsoles. "It seems quite irresponsible when you've only known a person for a few months and even more so looking at their history. She comes from a divorce and he comes from a divorce and two fiancees."
