The last few years have been a rollercoaster of emotions for Sandro Rosell, former president of the Barcelona Football Club. The businessman was imprisoned for two years after being accused of laundering commissions for the broadcast of matches of the Brazilian soccer team and for a sponsorship contract with Nike. At that time, he was focused on his own projects, which, in addition, made him especially excited. After being acquitted, and after returning to his routine outside of prison, Rosell has resumed those projects that motivated him so much and made him happy. One of them is the Cova d' in Rosell, a hotel complex of which he already owns.
It is a very personal project, since it is the cave in which the businessman played as a child. There, near Lleida, he spent summers in his parents' town. That is why the former member of the Barcelona board decided to give it a personal touch and turn that place into a special space, where each of the guests could regain strength after a busy routine. No cell phone, lots of meditation, and all the time in the world to rest.
But the truth is that the time since his entry into prison deteriorated the works that had begun before this sentence. The project has had to be restarted from scratch for this reason. Rosell will not be able to inaugurate the place immediately, as he expected, so he will have to wait up to a year, as reported by the Vanitatis portal.
As has also been learned, Sandro has become a yoga expert, so he wants this discipline to be taught and practiced in his new project. Inevitably, it is not just childhood memories that flood Sandro. When he thinks of Àger, he also remembers Josep Maria and Roser, his partners in the town campsite, a business he entered in order to stay close to his roots.
But the truth is that yoga and disconnection are not the only things the place offers. One of the most striking offers of the cave is that they will offer the possibility of seeing the stars from the place. It should be noted that it is something very special in the area, since there is very little light pollution. This allows you to easily see the constellations and stars.
"Astronomical nights are a private event and recommended for groups. Exclusive only for our clients. It is organized from the same camping facilities and is led by a team of astronomers. We start the night with a brief introductory talk about the Universe through spectacular images. Then, under the starry sky, we will be able to observe in first person the darkest sky of Catalonia with the help of telescopes, cutting-edge lasers and the team of astronomers," the establishment assures.
On the other hand, the facilities have a paddle tennis court, a gym, a soccer field, a massage cabin, a reading room and family meetings, as well as a common service area and a common dining room. In addition, there are 10 wooden bungalows and 10 conventional-style rooms, all with private gardens. Without a doubt, a luxury enclave for all those nature lovers.
