Rodolfo Sancho's tense moment with the Spanish press upon his arrival at his son's trial: "I treat you politely and I expect the same"

The tension is more than present in the first days of the trial against Daniel Sancho after being accused of murdering and dismembering the Colombian surgeon Edwin Arrieta. The Koh Samui court in Thailand is becoming a place where dozens of media outlets have approached in order to obtain a statement.

Given this, the judge himself has issued harsh warnings to try to calm the trickle of information that is leaking from inside the courtroom. Even so, there are several who have not hesitated to offer a few words at the door, among them Rodolfo Sancho, who has been more rigid than ever.

Daniel Sancho's father went to court this morning in a very different way than usual. And it seems that all the headlines that have come out about his interview in the docuseries The Sancho Case might have made him sick. A fatigue that has been increased by the questions from the press.

"I treat you with politeness and respect and I expect the same from you, okay? So, please, don't block my way, let me pass, don't push me, don't trip me, don't step on me, don't chase me around." the island...", he stated this Wednesday when he went inside the building.

It seems that meeting the media does not go well at all, despite the fact that it has been the usual trend since last August, when everything came to light. For this reason, he wanted to issue a warning: "In this country it is prohibited to record people in public and take photographs. Let's not have a problem, okay?"

A tense attitude that did not improve much hours later, when he left the courts in the direction of one of the cars. "Very well, everything is going very well. What did we agree on this morning? You let me pass, right? Come on, thank you. Oh my goodness, huh. You literally push, that is, you are really going to end up knocking me into the ground," he said, visibly angry.

A very different position from that taken by Silvia Bronchalo. Daniel Sancho's mother went to court greeting the press, but without offering a single statement. Even so, when she left, she expressed a phrase that she did not leave anyone indifferent before getting into the car: "No one has won here, we have all lost."

Even so, neither of them wanted to give any information about the interior in the face of the judge's hardening. "Only authorized people related to the cases can enter the room. People who wish to record images or sounds must wait outside," reads a sign on the court door. Now, it remains to be seen how everything will evolve in the coming days.
