Neymar silences the criticism of those who call him fat with irrefutable proof

Neymar Jr. continues his recovery after breaking the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee. An injury that has caused him to miss the entire season with his new team, Al-Hilal, but that does not mean that the player is not working hard to be in top shape for the next season.

Now, not seeing him on the playing field and doing his thing on social networks makes his followers doubt his physical condition, even calling him "fat" after publishing images of him having fun with his family and friends. The Brazilian international was at Romario's birthday party, something that upset the Al-Hilal fans, who are not too happy with the player.

The criticism has caused Neymar himself to react, and one of his latest images went viral on social networks, this time with thousands of users questioning his weight and accusing him of having "left" while he is out due to injury.

However, Neymar silenced his detractors on the afternoon of Tuesday, January 30, with an image. He did it through his Instagram Stories, after precisely doing his double training session and exercise routines, showing off his abs. "Finished today's training. Overweight, okay, but fat? I don't think so. Suck that one, hater," he says, making a comb at the end.

"Hang on or be scared," concludes the 31-year-old player, who with this image aims to end the controversy over his physical condition and weight. The player has been out since last October 17, when Brazil suffered a historic defeat against Uruguay in the Copa América.

"It is a very sad moment, the worst. I know I am strong but this time I am going to need my friends (family and friends) even more. It is not easy to go through an injury and surgery, imagine going through all this again after four months of recovery," the player wrote at that time. "I have faith, too much... But I put the strength in God's hands so that he can renew mine. Thank you for the messages of support and affection."

Al-Hilal, his new team, signed the player for around 100 million euros, which he paid to Paris Saint-Germain for his transfer. The player thus became the club's most expensive signing, after paying 60 million to Zenit for Malcom last summer, and 40 to Lazio for Milinkovic-Savic.
