Marta López Álamo reveals her peculiar infallible beauty trick: not washing your face

Marta López Álamo is in a very sweet moment on a professional level. The model from Malaga continues with her career as a model with more and more projects, but also growing in her role as a content creator on social networks. The key to her increasingly accumulating more followers is mainly in her naturalness when it comes to presenting her videos, especially those in which she relates details of her daily life.

The model has revealed aspects of her daily life, each one more surprising (who could forget when she mentioned what her weekly shopping consisted of?); and on this occasion, the influencer has managed to attract the attention of her followers by revealing one of her beauty tricks. Specifically, one of her routines to take care of her skin, which she has not left anyone indifferent.

Marta López Álamo shared a video on TikTok in which she commented on her tricks to maintain her skin care, when she revealed what practice she followed to obtain maximum benefits: not washing her face in the morning. What's more, according to the model, since she has followed this practice, her skin feels much better.

Knowing that her confession was going to generate all kinds of questions, the woman from Malaga explained the reasons why she decided to follow this practice. "I don't clean my face in the morning. I don't wash it with soap because I don't think I need it. I discovered this a year ago. So I haven't cleaned my face in the morning for a year."

According to the model, there are times when she does decide to wash it with soap, although only in very specific exceptions, such as when "the skin is very dirty."

Of course, not washing water with soap or other detergents does not mean that you do not clean your facial skin. The model has another method to keep her skin in shape: "What I do is spray myself with thermal water. Then, I remove it with a cotton pad," she explains.

A very beneficial option, since thermal water is like a "plus" version of water, full of properties thanks to its formula, very hydrating and loaded with antioxidants, regenerating, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial components. The best thing is to use it twice a day after our cleaning routine.

The model acknowledges that she has learned to "listen" to her body, and also to her skin. She also regularly visits a dermatologist. "She had dirty skin, with bumps and an uneven tone," she revealed to journalist Pilar Vidal on her podcast. THE model follows the treatments that her doctor orders her, if necessary. "I have always taken care of my skin since I was little, my body and my face, because people forget about the body."
