Mario Vaquerizo's unexpected reaction when the 'MasterChef' jury compares him to Vargas Llosa

This Monday the third installment of MasterChef 11 started on TVE. It did so with an international test, in which the applicants had to reproduce three typical dishes of North American street food, although before they enjoyed riding a mechanical bull. The latter was criticized by viewers, who did not understand the reason for devoting half an hour of the program to something like this.

To evaluate this first test, the program had one of the finalists of its Celebrity edition, Mario Vaquerizo, who was most philosophical during his evaluations. This earned him the nickname Mario Vargas Llosa, a comparison made by the jury that made the singer react.

For this Monday's delivery, MasterChef 11 applicants had to prepare three typical dishes of American food: chili con carne, barbecue ribs and Kentucky chicken. When it came time for the face, the jury presented one of the most beloved finalists of the Celebrity edition, Mario Vaquerizo.

The singer made it clear that he was delighted to be able to taste and assess the contestants' recipes. And it is that Vaquerizo is a great lover of this type of cuisine. In fact, each of his opinions were riddled with metaphors and personal growth phrases as advice to help participants improve.

"They are telling you the truth, don't take it personally, no one is against anyone here, they want the best, and we have come here to be the best," said Mario Vaquerizo addressing everyone during the evaluation of Lluis and Leti before harsh criticism from the jury.

However, it was during the tasting of Francesc and Fray Marcos that the MasterChef 11 jury did not want to ignore the somewhat literate and philosophical words of the guest. It was not be for lowerly.

"People may pass, but they always remain within oneself because of the love that has been had, even if the crush disappears, love always lasts," said the leader of the Nancys Rubias.

To which Pepe Rodríguez, adding humor, blurted out, "We got confused, it's Mario Vargas Llosa," while pointing to Mario Vaquerizo. "No, no, not me," the singer immediately replied.

"Mario Vargas Llosa? With what he has on him now, no ”, he settled laughing out loud and causing laughter in those present. And, to conclude with that topic, Mario made clear the reason why they could not compare it with the Nobel Prize either: "And I don't write that well either."
