Laura Londoño's feminist speech in 'MasterChef': “We can have everything”

At Gala 8 of 'MasterChef Celebrity 8', Laura Londoño, the renowned Colombian actress and model, famous for her participation in the Netflix series 'Café con aroma de mujer', became the protagonist of the Outdoor Test by giving a powerful feminist discourse.

Laura, who was part of the red team and was in charge of dessert, left everyone amazed by stating: “We women are asked a lot to give up things. They ask us to choose between success at work or being able to have a family. I think no, that we can have everything.”

The Outdoor Test of the eighth program of 'MasterChef Celebrity 8' took place in the Parque de Arganzuela in Madrid, in celebration of the return of the musical 'Mamma Mia' to the Rialto Theater, in the heart of Madrid's Gran Vía. A team of 80 members responsible for the production of the theatrical show was the recipient of a gastronomic tribute prepared by the contestants. The menu, designed by chef Cristina Oria, included delicacies such as a fine foie gras tart, caramelized onion and Sauternes gelatin, as well as a fig tatin, among other haute cuisine dishes.

Laura Londoño's speech highlighted the importance of work-life balance, and her message of empowerment resonates in a world where women continue to fight for equal opportunities.

'MasterChef Celebrity 8' not only serves as a culinary platform, but also as a space to discuss relevant topics that inspire the audience and the participants themselves.
