Kate Middleton leaves her children in the hands of a Spanish nanny while she recovers from abdominal surgery

Kate Middleton's health continues to make headlines. After undergoing abdominal surgery, the Princess of Wales has vanished from the face of the earth, reappearing in supposedly edited photographs and videos whose authenticity is questioned.

In the midst of this controversy, Prince William's wife has turned to a person whose role will be essential to keep her family together: the Spanish María Borrallo, none other than her children's nanny.

María Turrión Borrallo is the Spanish nanny that the British Royal House has hired to take care of little Louis, Charlotte and George, children of the princes of Wales. She began working for the royal family in 2014, just eight months after her firstborn was born.

The 53-year-old from Madrid attended Norland College University, an institution designed to train caregivers and nurses of the youngest members of royalty, aristocracy, or even the wealthiest families.

Under the motto "Fortis in Ardius" ("Strength in adversity") the institution lets us see that the nanny is more than prepared to face the setbacks of the royal family, earning more than 150,000 euros annually.

Despite maintaining absolute discretion, Borrallo has not been able to prevent several details about him from coming to light, such as his skill with martial arts, and his mastery of anti-terrorist and anti-kidnapping techniques.
