Julián Contreras' landlady details a debt on the apartment that would be close to 30,000 euros: "He didn't pay the water bills either"

The story of Julián Contreras's eviction is one of the first great unknowns of 2024 in the media specialized in the heart. Carmina Ordoñez's son has been denying for nearly a year that the landlords of his home had kicked him out on February 24, indicating that he had left voluntarily previously. Some doubts that have generated a lot of information and details pending resolution.

Let's see, the Telecinco morning show presented by Joaquín Prat, has had access to the documents that confirmed the judicial lifting, the extension requested by Contreras himself and even the locksmith's invoice, valued at 133.10 euros. For its part, the Mediaset program has also been able to corroborate new notes on the affected person's progress and even speak with Aránzazu, the landlady who rented him the apartment.

“He left just the night before he was evicted. He forgot photos of his mother, his siblings, photos with Norma Duval, among other objects. Also a very valuable music system,” said Giovanna González, who was present in the apartment on Tuesday afternoon, checking the poor condition of the walls and other aspects. She stressed that she would have left those memories behind despite it having been in the possible haste of the eviction.

Contreras claimed at all times to have paid the money corresponding to the rent before leaving the building, a situation that the person responsible for the rent categorically denies. According to her own words, the outstanding debt accounts would reach up to 30,000 euros. “He didn't pay the water bills either. To this we must also add the expense of lawyers, solicitors, locksmiths... Between 20,000 and 30,000 euros,” she explained.

Aránzazu explained to Joaquín Prat and company that at all times she was understanding of Contreras and his situation, as this problem occurred during the months of the pandemic. The landlady said that she did not understand why Carmina Ordoñez's son did not attend any of the aid programs that the State made available during the days of covid: "We understood the situation but not what came after (...) This It starts in 2020 and has not left the house until February 2023.”

“He has stopped paying the rent because he prefers to use the money he has for other things,” said Aránzazu, who also confessed to having spent additional money to cover the damage caused by Contreras. Alexia Rivas was able to make known the point of view of the person involved during the program. “What he tells me is that it's something that happens to a lot of people, that he's not the only person who can't pay the rent and who feels bad for being in that place,” she explained.
