José María Almoguera and Paola Olmedo would regret having given the exclusive hard against Carmen Borrego

The family battle between Carmen Borrego and her son, José María Almoguera, seems to have no end. Just a week ago, the gossip magazine Semana exclusively published the interview given by the collaborator's son and his still-wife, Paola Olmedo, and in which they attacked Carmen Borrego herself. ''If my grandmother had not died, she would still not speak to my mother,'' stated Almoguera.

Some words that no one from the Campos family expected, but especially the former Survivor contestant, who confessed that when she headed to Honduras her relationship with her son and daughter-in-law was in a good moment. But when we thought that the situation had reached its peak, this Tuesday, Ana Rosa Quintana's afternoon program revealed that there was a second part of the controversial interview with even more devastating statements.

Jorge Borrajo, director of Semana magazine, went live on the Telecinco program to exclusively reveal new details about the new edition of the magazine in which we will be able to see more statements from José María Almoguera and Paola Olmedo. ''This is a personal opinion, but I think they have been riddled a little,'' he began by saying.

The journalist assured that this was not a new interview, but rather a broader version of the first installment. ''We wanted to offer their version told widely because perhaps what has been seen has not been completely clear,'' he pointed out. Furthermore, the director of the magazine confessed that Carmen Borrego's son was not willing to give another interview. ''He's having a pretty bad time because sometimes the attacks we launch from television have consequences that we don't know how to measure,'' he stressed.

Moments later, the presenter asked a direct question: ''Have you regretted doing the interview?''. ''Yes, José María and Paola have regretted giving the interview,'' she replied. ''Well, they shouldn't charge the money for the exclusive, I always say the same thing when someone tells me they don't like the headline,'' declared Luis Pliego, director of the magazine Lecturas. ''People talk and when they suddenly see what they say printed on paper on a cover, their legs start to shake,'' Borrajo said.

Regarding their controversial and mysterious separation, the director of Semana revealed that before communicating the news they had not lived together under the same roof for two weeks. ''It's a separation, there are many couples who don't sign it immediately,'' he stressed.
