José Antonio Reyes' widow finds an emotional message of love from the player: "Lately I have had so many signs..."

Four and a half years after the death of José Antonio Reyes, his widow, Noelia López, has shown that she has not forgotten him and that she does not plan to do so. The footballer died in June 2019 in a traffic accident in Seville. An event that shocked the world of football and that forever marked his family.

It is not the first time that the player's former wife, with whom he had two daughters, Noelia and Triana, remembers him on social networks. "Our pride," he published a few months ago in his stories on the day that Sevilla F.C., Reyes' team, was proclaimed champion of the Europa League. Now, he has remembered her again on his Instagram.

Noelia López has received an order from a well-known furniture store to better organize the things she still kept in boxes. It was then that she came across a note that brought back very good memories and she couldn't help but share it with everyone.

"Happy Valentine's Day. I won't forget you even in the distance," was the message that José Antonio Reyes sent during a Valentine's Day before the terrible event. "I feel a caress every time I come across a sign," López said.

"Today certain words gain more strength," he added, along with a heart-shaped emoticon. And, as the soccer player's widow has explained, it is not the first time that she has encountered this type of signs. "Lately I have had so many signs... Someday I will tell you about them," she concluded.

He wanted to liven up this emotional moment with a song by Wiz Khalifa, called See you again: "It's been a long day without you, my friend. And I'll tell you everything when I see you again." Without a doubt, this message, despite bringing back many memories, has been something that has given you positive energy.

And Noelia López has not been having a good time at all because of the financial problems that have arisen in her family as a result of the footballer's death. José Antonio Reyes did not have a will at the time of his death, which complicated everything considerably.

The player had 18 properties, most of them mortgaged, which meant that none of his family members could afford the high payments that had to be made. For this reason, three of those properties were put up for auction, including the home where the player's parents lived. Although, yes, they themselves denied that they were going to be evicted.
