During the interview, the chef revealed how the moment occurred when he thanked the sincerity of a member of his team, who had to put his feet on the ground. The one from Manresa (Barcelona) acknowledged that he has had moments during these years of fame in which he "was stupid." "Even if you are a person from the neighborhood and small, when they call you handsome on the street, there is some moment in which you can become a little arrogant and a little stupid," he was honest.
And the success he achieved was in a short period of time, since they gave him the third Michelin star, he began to appear on TV, he began to have money and he came to think "damn, I'm a great guy." In one of those moments, Alberto, who was her apprentice and later the head chef of one of her restaurants, told her privately "you are very stupid." "The first reaction was ego, it was, 'Should I rip your head off?'" the chef revealed in the interview.
That's when Cruz asked him why he said that. Alberto told me that "lately" he had been "very stupid." "You're not with us that much, we notice you're distant.
