Although he will be released from prison, Alves will have a series of prohibitions (precautionary measures): both his Brazilian and Spanish passports will be withdrawn so that he cannot leave our borders, he will not be able to contact or be within 1 kilometer of the victim and must appear once a week at the court to sign.
