Jesús Vázquez confesses that he has had a very difficult time in his life

Jesús Vázquez is one of the most beloved presenters in the history of television in Spain. There are many renowned formats that he has hosted, such as Operación Triunfo, Idol Kids or La Voz, among many others. Now, at 57 years of age, he is once again in charge of one of the most successful contests on television, Allá tú, the program that he himself premiered in 2004. Despite the fact that he is now very happy, the Galician has confessed that before knowing that he would host the program again, he was lost and not very well mentally

The renowned presenter has returned to lead the format on Sundays and he couldn't be happier about it. In addition, the program has started in style, since at its premiere it obtained a 12.3% audience share and 1,284,000 viewers. On a sentimental level, Jesús has been married to her husband Roberto for more than 20 years, so she is in a very good moment. Despite the fact that now it seems that everything is going smoothly in the presenter's life, in an interview with Lecturas he has revealed that before the contest he felt lost.

The magazine asked the presenter about Jorge Javier Vázquez, who has been away from television in recent months, after the cancellation of Sálvame was announced. After talking about this case, Jesús opened up about the difficult moment he went through a few months ago, in which he did not know which path to take in the professional field. This influenced his state of mind, as he himself has revealed.

"We all have moments in which you can't find the format that suits you. I have had very difficult moments in my career and very bad moments that I have had to get out of. Before doing this program I did not know where to go or what to do", the Galician was honest. "I wanted to do another 'talent show' because the last ones I did no longer excited me much, I did them a little by trade, because it is my job and I have a contract. I am always one of those who have said that if you lose all enthusiasm for what you do, it is better to leave, "he continued expressing.

"I love television and I have had the patience to wait as long as it took until the format I wanted arrived," he expressed, making it clear that he was very excited to be able to recover Allá tú, a program that in his day brought him much joy, just as he is doing now.

In fact, the good premiere of the program has allowed the presenter to have been able to take a few days of vacation to go on a trip with his partner. A trip to Scotland that she had been waiting for a long time and that they are enjoying every day thanks to her husband, her unconditional support. "Finally! Another of our pending destinations, another dream come true. And as always, thanks to you, to your infinite desire to continue learning about this wonderful world together," Vázquez said in a post shared through social networks.

"Thank you for always pushing me, for your indefatigable curiosity, for the enthusiasm with which you plan every detail, for what you work for... Traveling the world by your side is always an experience, unique, magical, fun, unforgettable. For that, my love, thank you!", he wrote, along with several photographs showing some of the precious corners they are visiting on their romantic journey. Without a doubt, it is a new stage for the Galician.
