Hiba Abouk claims half of his fortune from Achraf, but the footballer has it all in his mother's name

The love story between the Moroccan soccer player Achraf Hakimi and the actress Hiba Abouk has come to an end. After a few months full of doubts that would have made the protagonist of The Prince make the decision, the player's alleged rape of a girl in Paris arrived, something that lightened the process alarmingly.

It was the Prosecutor's Office itself that opened an investigation against the PSG footballer after the alleged victim reported the events that had taken place at the player's home. The young woman defended that she had been talking to him on Instagram for a month and that, taking advantage of her family's vacation in Dubai, he invited her to her house. Once there, she did not want to go any further, but he sexually assaulted her.

The serious accusation came a few weeks after the imprisonment of Brazilian soccer player Dani Alves for allegedly raping a girl in a Barcelona nightclub on New Year's Eve, a fairly similar case that has also ended in divorce.

After a few hard weeks in which she decided to remain silent to protect herself and her children, actress Hiba Abouk made a statement in which she made it clear that she would "always be on the side of the victims" and that she had needed " time to digest the shock''.

She also took advantage of this communication to confirm that her decision to separate was made before the incident: "The decision was made long before the events in which I have been involved in the media and of which I am totally unrelated."

"After making the decision to legally separate and stop living together, pending the divorce proceedings, who would have imagined that in addition to facing the well-known pain that a separation entails, and accepting the grief that the failure of a family project to which I had given myself body and soul, I would have to face this ignominy,'' he explained.

According to the First Mag media, when the actress and her lawyers went to the French Court to request the amount that they considered should correspond to her in the divorce process, they found out that there was no such fortune. This is because her ex-partner put her earnings in her mother's name long ago. Abouk could not claim now because the great fortune would have been transferred to her ex-mother-in-law through a donation, although she would still have to prove that the process was carried out before a notary and that she paid the taxes that corresponded to them.

Despite this news, Hakimi will have to face the pensions that correspond to her children, something for which the actress will fight until the end. It should be noted that the Moroccan is one of the highest paid footballers in the French competition and that he would earn around 1.2 million euros per month.
