The howls of cats when they are in heat, when they are not...", said Susana, one of those affected, who has acknowledged to the program that "they are born there, they are raised there and they die there". All in “a few small rooms”.
However, despite the extremely serious situation, "the owner does not respond to the good ones" and it has been "many years and we have tried in every possible way," said this affected neighbor who has requested "help" from the Four to end this problem.
“We have been fighting for 7 years now. She started having 5 or 6 cats, two dogs, two tortoises... and then we don't know what happened, we reached 20 and we started giving her warnings, but she didn't do anything ”, she continued to explain.
"Then we reached 50 and right now there are between 70 and 80," he continued. "We have the complaints in court waiting to see what a judge decides because the Police have already come a few times," she continued. However, everything remains the same. And, despite the fact that "it is true that she tries to keep them locked up, very locked up, she does not give them sunlight or anything, on many occasions they escape" and the neighbors, she says, "we have to hide until she comes out to pick them up." .
