"You do not have the remotest idea of my life, of how I have felt and lived it during these 27 years. You anchor yourself in episodes of the past, and you do not advance. I turned away from many things, and today I do it on Instagram, a few weeks ", announced the young woman, through tears.
"I don't want to feel sorry for anything. It's the last thing I want because, in addition, there are many people who are going through the same thing as me. We are healing our hearts, souls and vibes. I have never inquired into my mental health issues, beyond what I can express about my exterior and how I feel. But I have never given you a medical report, I have never given you the name of what I have or the medication I take or how many therapy sessions I have, "he insisted.
To the surprise of her followers, the young woman detailed how she was and what treatments she had been following during all this time: "Today, they had to raise my medication for having heavy nightmares, for being nervous daily, for not finding solutions, and for feeling disgusted and hated by the society in which we live. I have an anxiety disorder. And this, daily, is pulling me down. "
A decision that comes after precisely his sister Rocío has won her last legal battle and the multiple speculations of a reunion of his family with Ana María Aldón, his father's ex-wife, at the First Communion of his brother José María.
It is not the first time that Gloria Camila has moved away from social networks to ask for help, but it is when it comes to detailing a little what is happening to her. The young woman explains that after her time in Nightmare in Paradise she had to ask for help: "I have been in therapy since July 2022, with a wonderful psychologist, and since December 2022 in therapy with a psychiatrist. I left La Granja with 90% of anxiety. I spent three weeks without leaving home. Crying every day, every day too".
Even so, she wanted to remind her followers that the hatred she receives in many of the comments makes a big dent in her and her health, especially from all those who fervently support her sister Rocío Carrasco in her war against the Mohedanos. .
"You don't know what I deal with in my therapies, I don't specifically deal with the subject of my haters, I deal with my traumas, which are day in and day out also remembered by you," he explained, "Today I have decided that I do not deserve the gratuitous attack and demeaning that I receive day after day, especially since the documentary series In the name of Rocío came on television. There is freedom of expression, of course, but I think there are limits that we should not exceed.
