Eva Mendes asks Ryan Gosling to come home after the Oscars: "We have to put the children to bed"

Since Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes met on a film set in 2011, they have become inseparable. More than ten years have passed, they have married and have two daughters together Esmeralda (9) and Amada Lee (7). However, little is known about their most intimate and family life, as they are one of the most reserved couples in Hollywood.

However, they tend to make exceptions from time to time, one of them on the night of the 96th Oscar ceremony, a moment when the actress chose to dedicate one of her publications to her husband and congratulate him in a very special way on the success of his performance on stage singing I'm Just Ken.

The actress took to her Instagram account to wink at her husband and, dressed in the same bright pink Gucci jacket with which the actor took the stage moments later - a signature of which the actor is the image - she congratulated him for his performance in a very peculiar way.

"You've taken Ken to the Oscars, RG," she began writing, referring to her husband by his initials. "Now come home, we have to put the girls to bed."

The publication has been highly applauded by her followers, who made it viral shortly after the actress shared her message, with more than 143,000 "likes" at the time of writing these lines.

The actress also shared that she had been with her husband during the moments before the gala, taking a photo next to her dressing room and the sign where her name could be read. "Always with my man," the actress writes, in Spanish, on her Instagram Stories.

The couple has always been very close and supporting each other in all their projects since they met for the first time in The Place Beyond The Pines, in 2011. Since then, they have rarely been seen together in public, making it very clear the separation between your personal and family life.

In 2014, the couple welcomed their first daughter, Esmeralda. Mendes confessed that she had never wanted children before, until she met and fell deeply in love with Gosling. The Canadian, for his part, also let it slip that the actress was his soulmate in an interview with Hello! in 2015: "I know I'm with the person I'm supposed to be with. The only thing I ask for in a woman is that she be Eva Mendes. I'm not looking for anything else."

In recent years, the couple has managed to keep their intimate and family life out of the press spotlight. Eva Mendes took a break from her professional career to raise her daughters, while the actor continued forward, always aware of his three "favorite women." However, they continue without posing together. For that, Eva Mendes has an explanation.

"We don't do those things together. I only feel comfortable sharing the photos that already exist. I don't feel comfortable exposing my private life," she explained to one of her followers on Instagram. "What I do want is to make another movie with him," she admitted.

Her husband, for his part, reciprocates. Last January, upon receiving the Kirk Douglas Award for Excellence in Film at the Santa Barbara Festival, the actor sent his wife a romantic greeting that left no doubt about his feelings. "For my part, I have been very lucky. The most important thing is that I was able to meet the girl of my dreams, Eva Mendes, and have the two children of my dreams," she said. "I dreamed of one day making movies and now movies have made my life a dream."
