Emmy Awards 2024: list of nominees, schedule and where to watch the gala on TV

The Emmy Awards return in 2024 after a postponement due to the writers' strike. The 75th edition of the Primetime Emmy Awards, the most important awards in the television industry, will once again be awarded in a gala with guests, a red carpet and a master of ceremonies: Anthony Anderson, known for playing André Johnson in Black-ish, among many other papers. The actor has eleven Emmy nominations.

On July 12, 2023, the list of nominees was revealed, and HBO's Succession obtained 27 nominations. Thus, this drama is one of the favorite productions of the awards, along with The White Lotus, also from HBO, which has 23 nominations. However, we must also keep in mind The Last of Us, which won eight statuettes at the Creative Arts Emmys.

The 75th Emmy Awards will be held in the early hours of January 15-16 at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. And it will be broadcast from 02:00 in Spain.

The gala can be seen live and exclusively on Movistar Plus. The ceremony and the red carpet can also be followed up to the minute on the La Vanguardia website.
