The television presenter Christian Gálvez and the journalist Patricia Pardo revealed, a few days ago, that they were married a year ago and that they are expecting their first baby. Now the news is that the couple has bought a house in Galicia.
According to El Confidencial, Gálvez and Pardo went to a notary last February to sign the purchase of their new 612-square-meter house on a 1,617-square-meter plot. As the aforementioned heading indicates, it is a new construction residence.
The house has two floors and a basement. This lower part will be destined to be the garage and the warehouse of the home. The two upper floors will be the residence itself, although at the moment the number of rooms and bathrooms available are unknown.
In addition, the house has two porches, one at the front and one at the back, as well as a 38-square-meter pool. El Confidencial also reports that Gálvez "owns three quarters of the property," while Pardo owns the remainder.
For now, the couple is living in a semi-detached house in Madrid in a private urbanization in which the access of strangers to the residential area is monitored, in addition to having an endless number of services.
The chalet has three floors, four bedrooms, a spacious living-dining room, fireplace, and a kitchen with plenty of storage space and state-of-the-art appliances.
