"I complain and talk about politics," she defines herself in her description.
In her videos it is common to see how she exposes situations of harassment or vindicates women's rights. So much so, that at the Idol Awards she decided to go with a suit whose jacket could read the names of the women murdered in Spain. However, the TikToker has been involved in a controversy that could be very expensive.
The influencer did not hesitate to publish a video on her networks in which her neighbor appeared masturbating. "I went out to the balcony of my house for the first time and the 70-year-old neighbor, when he saw me, undressed in front of me and, while he was looking at me, he was touching himself. What is happening to the gentlemen of this country?" , he assured.
"The worst thing of all is that I reacted 15 minutes later because I couldn't be astonished at what I was seeing. I was on the balcony, staring at him and making gestures, and the guy continued. I backed away, I went inside the apartment , to the next room, which is the same window, and the guy continued...", he added. After calling his attention, the man did nothing other than apologize, assuring that "it will not happen again."
A publication that the TikTok platform removed a few minutes later and that generated thousands of comments on X (Twitter). "My people, I have not deleted anything, the platform has taken it away from me. I have half of Twitter insulting me. I am a trending topic. I invite everyone to gossip about the insults and memes, they are highly funny and original," he published shortly after .
After this, he assured that he called the Police and agreed with them. However, it has now come to light that it could have judicial consequences. And the man is "perfectly identifiable" in the images, something that could constitute a crime of "serious insults", as lawyer Emilia Zaballos has revealed for Confilegal.
"He may face threats, insults... he may lose his job, or his partner may leave him. These are damages that must be proven if a complaint is filed," he continued. Something that the lawyer sees as more serious considering that Carla Galeote "has gained followers" after this public complaint.
Recording a video "without consent" doing "a very intimate act" and, above all, "inside a home" could lead the man in question to file a lawsuit against him. Even so, if one thing is certain, it is that the activist will continue to claim through her social networks despite the consequences.
