Bradley Cooper's curious theory to remove chairs from filming

Bradley Cooper is one of the most acclaimed actors in Hollywood. The artist has been starring in films such as The Hangover, A star is born, The Mule and Limitless for more than 20 years, so he can boast of having 'many boards' in front of the cameras.

In addition to his role as an actor, Cooper has proven to be a versatile man and has worked on some projects as an executive producer, screenwriter, voice actor and director. He has just finished filming Maestro, a film that tells the life of composer Leonard Bernstein.

It should be noted that Cooper faced a great challenge in this project, since he assumed the role of director and lead actor giving life to Bernstein himself. This is the second film he has directed after his celebrated debut in A Star is Born, a film in which he co-starred with artist Lady Gaga.

Maestro has had a great reception in movie theaters and will arrive on the streaming platform on December 20. In addition, it has received a very good review from experts. Although it is still unknown if it will have a place at the Oscars, it is already nominated for the Golden Globes.

In an interview for the media Variety, Cooper opened up and talked about his preparation to direct projects: ''I spent 20 years acting in films. I was lucky that the directors recognized that I don't think like an actor, that I think about the story as a whole. They were generous enough to allow me to accompany them on their trip. I maintained this role for many years, but I was actually kind of a quarterback, knowing the plays.''

''He was a filmmaker, but from the position of an actor. With Maestro I executed my vision exactly. And that was the result of having so much time to think and write and prepare to act in this film,' he said while noting that he really enjoys playing double duty in the film.

Regarding the shoots he directs, the actor from the United States made it clear in the interview that he always tries to keep the energy up and that people do not appear tired or fatigued on the set.

''For me it was a natural transition, once I dared to write and direct a film. And when I direct there are no chairs. I've always hated chairs on sets; Your energy declines as soon as you sit in a chair,' he reflected for the aforementioned medium.
