Bertín Osborne negotiates his participation in 'Your face sounds like 11'

Atresmedia and the production company Gestmusic have already started the machinery to shape a new edition of Your face sounds to me. The popular imitation contest presented by Manel Fuentes will return to the Antena 3 grid during the first half of 2024, if there are no changes, and work is already underway on selecting the famous faces that will be part of its cast.

It will be the eleventh season of the program, since its premiere in 2011, which would arrive just a few months after the previous edition ended with the victory of the singer Miriam Rodríguez. Now, the production company is looking for inspiration for its next season, and some first names are already beginning to be considered.

One of the star contestants of Your face sounds familiar to me 11 could be Bárbara Rey, according to Diez Minutos a few days ago, and whose signing would come in the midst of controversy due to the incendiary words on television by her son Ángel Cristo Jr.

Now, Bertín Osborne is added to the former star's name. Journalist Rocco Steinhäuser reported this Thursday on the Versió RAC1 radio program that the artist is negotiating his participation in the contest, and confirms that the Gestmusic format is in the production phase to return in the first months of 2024.

As with Bárbara Rey, Osborne has been in the center of attention in recent months. Last July, the singer's new paternity with Gabriela Guillén became known, news after which all kinds of testimonies related to Bertín arrived and for which the presenter also exploded in front of the press.

These are, therefore, two profiles closely linked to the heart and the social chronicle. A trend that other Antena 3 programs such as Public Mirror or And Now Sonsoles are following, which are increasingly betting on this type of content to confront Telecinco, its main rival.
