Belinda messes her up in 'La Resistencia' by confusing icing sugar with cocaine: "Can they put that on the show?"

Belinda returned to La Resistencia for the second time in a year this Monday to present her new single, Eden, the soundtrack of the Netflix series Welcome to Eden. A long-awaited visit that ended with David Broncano destroying the singer's gifts, a harsh reproach from the Mexican to the presenter, and even a fun lapse with icing sugar as the protagonist.

And it is that, according to the artist, the humorist only teaches her "the worst things" when she goes to La Resistencia. He is right, because Grison and Broncano put him in such a bind that he came to believe that the musician was snorting cocaine live when in reality it was sugar. “Can you put that on the show?” Belinda asked incredulously.

One of the first things that David Broncano did at the beginning of the program was to tease Belinda. In league with Grison, the presenter wanted to know if he had ever seen cocaine, to which the singer replied: "I don't know what a gram is like, I've only seen it in the movies." So, the presenter pointed to his partner, who took an envelope and said: “Do you see this icing sugar? Well, this roll is more or less the same”.

To which Belinda, who thought it was real cocaine, blurted out: "But can they put that on the show?" Faced with the monumental lapse of the guest, Grison took the opportunity to continue with the deception and put the sugar in his nose, as if it were a drug.

This caused Belinda to react with surprise, scream and ask if what had just happened was real. "Swear to me it's coca", she asked Broncano while the audience present did not stop laughing. "I have never seen coke in my life in person, only in Scarface," she said.

"How much do you want Belinda?" Grison asked her with a sneer. “I just want to see her. She's she's not real, is she? This would be illegal”, insisted the artist, who took the envelope of the supposed cocaine to take a closer look after shouting “overdose!” when the musician smeared the icing sugar all over his nose again.

Soon after, Belinda realized the deception. "Oh! They want to tease me! And me believing myself in a coke movie. This is ‘gleis’ sugar”, settled the Mexican, once again eliciting applause and laughter from those present.
