Osuna has expressed that once the judge admits the lawsuit to be processed, it will take "a few days" to communicate the trial date. With this, they intend to obtain two DNA tests.
From that moment, the parties will have "about 20 days" to make the corresponding allegations. But, 'Pinocchio' is willing to request an early test to know the results before the trial.
