Days after the arrest of Cándido Conde-Pumpido for alleged group sexual assault, son of the president of the Constitutional Court of Spain, the editorial staff of 'Fiesta' has obtained unpublished images of his state of health. According to a collaborator of the program, the lawyer had suffered an anxiety attack, which led to the intervention of the health services and police.
José Ángel Leiras, collaborator of 'Fiesta', provided alarming details about the events that occurred at Conde-Pumpido's residence: "Someone arrives at the house with a more or less disheveled appearance, enters the house where Conde-Pumpido is and something happens inside that house." After this incident, police and medical assistance was requested, which resulted in the arrival of the Civil Guard, the Local Police, the National Police and a SAMUR unit.
The images obtained by the program show Cándido Conde-Pumpido leaving his house and being taken in an ambulance to a hospital.
To shed more light on the situation, Sergio, a witness to the events, told 'Fiesta' what he saw: "At 8:30 p.m. in the afternoon a man whose appearance catches your attention appears and starts banging loudly on the door. (…) The home has two doors and Cándido's lawyer quickly appears and several patrol cars immediately appear, it catches our attention because one of the companions is wearing a bulletproof vest."
Sergio also explained that a neighbor of Cándido reported: "He has had another anxiety attack, they took him to hospital yesterday because it attacks him again and he refuses to leave the house, so it is Cándido's lawyer who calls the police and SAMUR given the stress and circumstances in which Cándido found himself, they could not handle him alone.
After the program 'Let's see' revealed that Cándido Conde-Pumpido was admitted to a psychiatric unit of a Madrid hospital due to the accusation of sexual assault of a young Brazilian woman, interest in his health continues. Recently, back at his home in Madrid, the lawyer confronted reporters, accusing them of forcing the door of his home and installing cameras in it.
