The Italian businesswoman has turned to social networks to report the problem with an added objective, to warn that this is more common than it seems.
"This person is using my name and invents things to steal from people (in several cases he has succeeded)! I don't know him and it has nothing to do with me," the Italian warned through Instagram, sharing an image of the person in question.
Álvaro Morata's wife has not stopped receiving messages about this scam, and asks that unless it is she in person from her verified account who says something, that no one trust it.
The influencer has not been the only one who has had to face this type of situation. A few months ago, Laura Escanes reported a similar problem when she discovered that someone was using her image through an application to scam people.
