Alejandra Rodríguez, Miss Universe Buenos Aires from Argentina at 60: "I was never a model"

Seniority is a degree, and it allows people to observe their surroundings from a completely different point of view. Despite the doubts, nerves and anxiety that may arise, any age is good to try new experiences, expand knowledge or discover aspects of life that we were unaware of until now. A part that society is also accepting, becoming increasingly more inclusive.

A situation that Alejandra Marisa Rodríguez has experienced first-hand, who has become the new Miss Universe Buenos Aires. Her current goal is to achieve the status of Miss Universe Argentina, but currently her victory has gone around the world. One of the media outlets interested in her condition has been Telecinco, with Frank Blanco's TardeAR on this Friday, where she was interviewed.

The collaborators of the program that Ana Rosa Quintana usually presents assured that Alejandra looked 20 years old, although she herself assured that this figure was an exaggeration. She has also been able to detail different aspects of her life, such as her studies in journalism. She is currently a lawyer and serves as a legal advisor at a hospital, insisting that she had never been a model before entering the competition.

Despite joking about not revealing the secret until she becomes Miss Universe, Alejandra has given away some of the secrets that allow her to stay in shape and look good at her age. The first of them is a natural and healthy diet, avoiding meat and eating fruit and vegetables. She also ditches sugars and saturated fats, but that doesn't mean she can't go out one day and eat differently.

Miss Universe Buenos Aires herself insisted that the diet is not strict, and as long as stable body care is maintained, specific whims can be allowed. The biggest point of her, however, is to maintain a positive attitude towards life. Rodríguez insisted on not worrying about issues or situations that do not deserve it, and maintaining a good mental environment so as not to affect the rest of the body.

“The stages of life were extended and the limits were blurred, which are more permeable and flexible. That is what leads us to see not only the consecration of this 60-year-old woman, but also a fact that is not minor and that has to do with the fact that the other finalists range from 18 to 40 years old," the doctor expressed through Clarín. Diego Bernardini, speaking about Alejandra's coronation.
