A single woman pays tribute to her mother by going to 'First Dates': "Before she died she asked me to come"

First Dates is one of the most watched and recognized programs in our country. In its eight years of broadcast, the space has left a large number of moments to remember, both fun and emotional. Precisely, this Thursday one of the most moving moments was experienced. It was the story of Isabel, a woman who attended the program in memory of her late mother, who was a faithful follower of the production presented by Carlos Sobera.

The woman, from Linares and 35 years old, entered the appointment first and was received by Sobera. The presenter gave her the opportunity to tell why she was there. It was then when she managed to excite all the viewers of the program. "My mother died in June and two weeks before she died she asked me to come, that one of the last wishes of her life was for me to come because she was a big fan. I saw him every day," she revealed.

In fact, even the presenter himself was moved, but above all grateful. "Know that it is a pleasure and an honor that you have done that, and although we have not met her, I am sure that your mother was a fantastic woman," he said. Although honoring her mother was her main goal, Isabel was totally open to finding love. "Now I am focused on myself, on my life and on what I have to do. I have already taken care of who I had to take care of and now it is my turn to live," she said.

It was then that Isabel revealed what her love life had been like. Throughout her life she had not had sufficiently stable relationships. On the other hand, she defined herself as a "very detailed person, who gives herself 100%" when it comes to falling in love. "I only ask that you know me and that you know how to evaluate what woman you have in front of you," she said, about a market that believes that "there are nothing but dogs of hell and the devil who ghost you the next day."

That was when his date, Barnabas, arrived. Coming from Granada, Isabel's date was a man passionate about cinema, reading and bachata, a dance style that was very present throughout the entire date. He even tried to teach the protagonist of this story. Finally, they both decided to have a second date and continue getting to know each other without cameras involved. His is one of those stories that fans of the show will always remember.
