A single woman from 'First Dates' explodes at her date for his attitude: ''It gave me a feeling of death''

The most famous restaurant on the small screen, First Dates, closed for another Friday. In today's installment, Cuatro viewers have been able to enjoy a new batch of dates between different diners, who, like every day, come to the Mediaset program in the hope of meeting someone interesting. However, not everyone manages to find a person who shares their tastes, so it is common to see the occasional disappointment within the four walls of the establishment.

Something that happened to Carlos and María. The 41-year-old Catalan bachelor began his presentation by saying that he really enjoyed the small things in life. ''I don't need great luxuries,'' he stressed. After a twelve-year relationship, as a result of which he had two children, the bachelor was once again open to finding love. ''I like girls who are pretty, but simple at the same time, they don't need to put on makeup because behind the makeup is the person and in the end everyone has to be who they are,'' he declared.

His date was going to be María, a 37-year-old single Catalan woman, who felt very different from the vast majority of people. ''I don't know if it's because I've missed some twists and turns, since I was a mother so young...'' she commented. The first impression among the singles was very mixed. While Carlos seemed very happy with the presence of the single woman, she was greatly disappointed. ''She's an attractive girl,'' he said. ''Seeing her, she didn't fit me very much,'' the Catalan said.

Moments later, the presenter accompanied the couple to their table, where they began the evening talking about their professions and passions. ''My passion is cooking,'' she said. ''You've won a point,'' declared the bachelor, who also considered himself a great fan of the culinary world.

''I make cakes, bread, and cod and potato omelettes also come out very well, which I make with pesto, sobrasada, goat cheese and gorgonzola,'' he explained. But Carlos's curious recipes did not particularly please the single woman. ''They haven't caught my attention much, I prefer things from home, what we are used to,'' she said.

At one point during the evening, María confessed that for her, sex had to be passionate. ''When things aren't like that, I get bored,'' she explained. ''It is important to enjoy and also see enjoyment,'' he commented. Thanks to this conversation, the single woman began to notice that the bachelor was more reserved in certain aspects.

A detail that definitely sealed the date. ''You're one of those who likes to turn off the light,'' she said. ''It depends,'' he replied. ''It seems a little sad to me that at your age you need to turn off a light. What are you, a little starfish?'' the Catalan woman asserted.

In the final stretch of the dinner, the singles were still at very different points. And even though the bachelor tried to impress the single woman, María was increasingly convinced that Carlos was the complete opposite of her. ''This man has given me a sensation of death, of death in life. The spirit was not there,'' the single woman confessed. Therefore, there were no surprises in the final decision and María rejected Carlos without remorse.
