A single man from 'First Dates' lives an uncomfortable moment after his date's proposal: ''I'm embarrassed, don't get up''

Like every Wednesday, the most popular dating restaurant on television has opened its doors to welcome several single couples, who cross the four walls of First Dates with the hope of finding their better half. But the mission is much more complicated than that, and sometimes it takes a lot more to get out of the program hand in hand with someone.

One of the dates that left the most moments on Wednesday night was the one starring Tanya and Andrés. The 37-year-old single woman arrived at the restaurant boasting about her beauty. ''I like myself and I like who I am,'' she declared. Her great passion was horses, so she wanted to meet a ''cowboy'' who shared the same hobbies as hers.

Her date was going to be Andrés, a 37-year-old riding teacher, residing in Barcelona. The first thing Carlos Sobera did was ask him if he was fond of horses, but Andrés did not disappoint and claimed to have "many horses and many mares." ''I'm forty,'' he confessed. ''I liked his way of dressing, his face,'' the single woman said.

But although they had agreed on their passion for horses, the bachelor seemed to have had a bad first impression. ''When a blonde girl comes, with shine, that puts me off. "I don't like it at all," Andrés asserted.

The evening began with Andrés asking Tanya how long she had been riding a horse. She told him that since she was very little she has been fond of horse riding and that she also does more sports. But Andrés was already completely closed to opening up to the single woman, and not even her horses helped him observe her with better eyes. ''She thought she was over 40 years old,'' he claimed. But Tanya was having other feelings and she was already sure she had found ''her cowboy''. ''My mother, God forbid,'' he declared.

The date progressed and the bachelor was left speechless when Tania told him that her dog sang. ''I'm preparing him for Got Talent,'' he assured before Andrés's attentive gaze. Regarding his relationships, the bachelor said that he had a son and that he had had five partners.

In the final stretch of the date, the single woman confessed that another of her great passions was music. ''I've always liked to sing,'' she explained. Shortly afterward she proposed to the bachelor to sing, but Andrés, not knowing where to get in and completely embarrassed, refused to listen to her. ''I don't want to listen to anyone. I'm ashamed that they sing in front of me. Don't get up, please,'' he declared.

But Tanya was not going to stop with the desire to sing, so in the final decision she demonstrated her artistic gifts under the watchful eye of the bachelor, who despite his efforts, rejected the single woman without any consideration. ''I don't like women that are so imposing, nor so blonde, nor so made up,'' he said.
