The world of work is dynamic. What was done a decade ago seems no longer valid today. The laws, the teleworking fight, artificial intelligence or the search for a better conciliation are transforming it. On this planet there are still some things that resist change. Look at the new attack on tax returns - it always comes back - or the umpteenth alternative to getting rich.

Changes at work. Surprise in real estate... but it could happen in any other activity. Labor has gone after the false self-employed workers in the sector, who have grown in recent years with new models in companies. As has already been seen on other occasions, the inspection chooses to ask that they be put on the payroll: no inventions. Another amendment in a labor landscape that is being transformed by the impact of artificial intelligence - which decides your job -, the remodeling of the working day to work fewer hours, or the challenge of finding a job when you are older.

Technological? Teleworking arrived during the pandemic. Pushed, employees and companies managed to remain active from home. It turns out that years later, they go at different paces. Some ask for it more, the others are withdrawing it. One in three firms has reduced or eliminated it in the last year.

Be that as it may, a computer and telephone are essential for working at home. Now when we go to buy them they always ask us a couple of questions: "Do you want to insure them? Do you want an extra guarantee?" What you really have to evaluate is whether it pays off, because you could be surprised.

Treasury on the prowl. We repeat it, because prevention is better than cure. The 2023 income campaign begins on April 3, but until July there will be several dates marked on the calendar that will have to be monitored. For now, one can consult their tax data, which the Tax Agency has in its possession, to have clues about where the shots will go and whether it will be time to cry and pay or smile with a refund. Like every year, we will have differences between autonomies, with some more beneficial for the taxpayer than others. Personal income tax and inheritance tax now mark the fiscal battle in Spain.

Be careful with digital. Work, money and enjoyment, few things worry more on a daily basis. For the second, should we get involved in the crypto fever?
