Faced with rising fuel prices and the energy crisis, some have decided to look for alternatives to the use of fossil fuels to power their vehicles. This is the case of an American father and son, who have designed a motorcycle that runs on beer. Their motto: "Great beer, great fuel", they say in a YouTube video.

Both have built the vehicle from scratch, designed to incorporate a 52-liter capacity beer barrel, where the trick of its combustion resides. Inside this container, there is a heating coil instead of a gas engine, which would have to be enough to accelerate, according to its creators.

This system causes the beer to heat up, causing a large amount of steam released from the motorcycle exhaust, as can be seen during its presentation.

That reaction comes after the young man poured a beer into the tank. "Great beer, great rocket fuel," he maintains. The truth is that the reaction is immediate and surprising.

According to them, this system should be enough for the motorcycle to be thrown and could circulate, although in the video it is attached and a real test is not carried out, not even with a driver. No companion is traveling either.

Father and son say that, after the trial, beer could become an alternative to fossil fuels. They defend that prices are through the roof and they see nothing better than using this drink as a resource.
