The radical supercar to impress on the road and squeeze it out on the track

The world of the most impressive performance cars is in complete transformation. Although, until not long ago, it was common for supercars to have stratospheric gasoline engines capable of taking your breath away, electrification is gaining weight and there are already many brands working on cars with brutal acceleration without emissions. But that is not the case of the Prague brand which, with its new and impressive Bohema, bets everything on traditional combustion engines.

This firm had great relevance in the former Czechoslovakia for decades, but you have to go back a long time to know its history. It should be noted that it manufactured its first car in 1907 and remained in this sector until the end of the Second World War, when it focused on the field of commercial vehicles. In more recent times, it even manufactured motorcycles and even karts.

Now, the Czech brand has managed to generate great expectations after announcing that it is starting production of its most recent novelty. It is the company's first supercar, which has sparked interest for various reasons, among which is the fact that it is powered by the engine of the current Nissan GT-R.

It should not be overlooked that the Bohema is the firm's first road car in more than seven decades. It's a long time, but it seems like the wait was worth it. And we are looking at a car that honors sportiness thanks to its radical dynamics and a spectacular design incapable of going unnoticed.

This two-door coupe is focused on use on the track, an environment where it is capable of giving the best of itself. Its “heart” of Nissan origin is a 3.8-liter biturbo V6 engine that is associated with a six-speed sequential transmission. However, various modifications make the power take a big leap compared to the GT-R (whose horsepower is 570 HP) and reach 700 HP.

There is no doubt that this power, together with a maximum torque of 725 Nm and the fact that all the power is sent to the rear axle, guarantees strong emotions behind the wheel. And even more so if we take into account the enormous lightness of the car, since it should be noted that it only weighs 982 kg thanks to the considerable use of carbon fiber in its manufacturing.

One of the aspects that will most interest its future buyers is its level of features. Well, the Bohema will be able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 3.5 seconds and will be able to run at a maximum speed of 300 km/h. These figures show everything it is capable of offering on the circuit, but let's remember that it will also be approved for driving on open roads.

The price is not suitable for any current account, since it will cost around 1.3 million euros. According to the manufacturer, the first units will be delivered to the owners of our continent during the second half of this year. If you don't have the budget to be one of them, you can enjoy this supercar in full action in the video that accompanies this article.
