Mas has a degree in Law from the Abat Oliva University and has more than 25 years of experience in the field of public law, both in the administration and in the private sector.
At the State Attorney's Office, he has provided legal advice on matters related to public procurement, expropriation, service concessions and public domain, among other matters.
