Three of the eight ultras arrested for attacking an anti-fascist center in Castelló go to prison

The head of the Court of Instruction number 2 of Castelló has decreed this afternoon the entry into provisional prison, communicated and without bail of three of the eight ultras arrested in relation to the group attack on an anti-fascist club in Castelló during the La Magdalena festivities on last March 2nd.

Three of the eight ultras arrested for attacking an anti-fascist center in Castelló go to prison

The head of the Court of Instruction number 2 of Castelló has decreed this afternoon the entry into provisional prison, communicated and without bail of three of the eight ultras arrested in relation to the group attack on an anti-fascist club in Castelló during the La Magdalena festivities on last March 2nd. This assault resulted in several injuries, one of them seriously who was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of the General Hospital of Castelló for several days.

Regarding the other five arrested, the magistrate agreed during the morning on their provisional release, with precautionary measures consisting of court appearances every 15 days. The case is initially open, and without prejudice to further qualification, for crimes of attempted homicide, injuries, public disorder and hate crime.
