These are the direct rivals of the Colt, the Mitsubishi car to return to the hard-fought segment B

The new generation of the Colt marks Mitsubishi's return to the B segment. Since its introduction in Europe in 1978, the Japanese brand has sold more than 1.2 million units of this model, spread over six generations. Now, with the new delivery scheduled for the month of October, Mitsubishi offers a perfect ally to explore the city, without giving up long journeys with total solvency.

Built on the CMF-B platform of the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance, the Colt offers a dynamic and modern design, with a front where the LED daytime running lights that generate a unique light signature stand out. The side conveys elegance and agility, combined with a rear area where a spoiler and lower protector are present.

Mitsubishi offers an offer of four finishes called Spirit, Motion, Kaiteki and Kaiteki, with subtle changes between versions, which also extend to the interior and equipment. It equips a series of ultrasonic, camera and radar sensors that offer 360º vision and provides a set of ADAS systems that help maintain security. Another of its strengths is digitization and connectivity, including eCall as standard.

The range of engines begins with a 65 CV 1.0 three-cylinder gasoline engine. One step above is a turbocharged version that raises power to 90 hp. The Colt offers an efficient hybrid option that combines a 1.6-litre four-cylinder petrol engine with a 36 kW electric motor, high-voltage generator and 1.2 kWh battery. Together, it is capable of delivering 145 hp and has the ability to recover braking energy.

The new Mitsubishi Colt is presented, therefore, as a very competitive vehicle in its segment, an essential value to fight against its tough rivals.
